Information We Collect

We collect the personal information you choose to give us. Through our contact form we collect your name and phone number and, if you provide them, your email address, the best time to reach you, and your message. When you request our printable enrollment checklist, we collect your first name and email address. With each form we also record the page you sent it from, the language you were reading, and the consent wording you agreed to. If you book a call through our scheduling calendar, which is provided by Calendly, the details you enter there are collected by Calendly and passed to us. If you call or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us.

Some information is collected automatically. When you tap one of our phone numbers or email addresses, we record the page, the language, which number or address you tapped, the website that sent you to us, and whether your screen was phone or tablet sized, or larger. That record does not include your name, your IP address, or anything else that identifies you. Our website host and its security service receive your IP address and browser details whenever your browser requests a page, and our host keeps visitor statistics such as the pages viewed, the website that referred you, and your browser, language and time zone. If you arrive by clicking one of our Google ads, Google also collects the information described under Advertising and Google Ads below.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Service providers who run our website, database, email delivery and scheduling calendar for us, including the agency that manages this website, which receives a copy of each form submission
• Law enforcement when required by law or to protect our rights
• Potential buyers in the event of a business transfer or acquisition

Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses a few cookies and similar browser storage. Our hosting provider's security service sets a cookie that helps it tell people from automated traffic, and our host's visitor statistics set a session cookie; both expire after 30 minutes. If you arrive from one of our Google ads, Google's tag sets advertising cookies on your browser, and our site stores the date of that ad click in your browser so it can apply the 90 day limit described below. When you open our scheduling calendar, Calendly may set its own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them, although we may then be unable to tell whether an ad helped you find us.

Advertising and Google Ads

We advertise on Google. If you reach our website by clicking one of our Google ads, our website loads Google's advertising tag. It loads only when the link that brought you to our site carries a Google ad click identifier, or when this browser arrived that way within the last 90 days, and never on our email unsubscribe page.

The tag lets Google tell us whether an ad led to a tap on one of our phone numbers or email addresses, a completed contact form, a checklist request, or a booked appointment. To do that, Google receives the address of the page you are on, the ad click identifier Google added to the link you clicked, your IP address, and information about your browser and device, and it sets cookies that store an identifier for your browser or for the ad click that brought you here. We do not send Google your name, phone number, email address, or anything you type into our forms, and we have told Google not to use this information to personalize ads.

Google handles this information under its own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. You can review Google's ad settings at myadcenter.google.com, and you can block third party cookies in your browser.

Do Not Track and Tracking Across Websites

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, our website does not load Google's advertising tag, even if you came from one of our ads, and stores nothing about the ad click. Our own records of phone and email taps do not identify you, and our host's visitor statistics do not change in response to these signals.

When you visit our website after clicking one of our Google ads, Google may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites, as described above. Calendly may also collect information when you open our scheduling calendar, under its own privacy policy at calendly.com/privacy. Apart from Google, Calendly and our host's visitor statistics described above, we have not added any other company's advertising or tracking code to our website.

Children's Privacy

This website is not intended for use by children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Reviewing or Correcting Your Information
